Presidential Birthday Bash!

So many people either take Presidents day off or get it as just another free day to play in the sun or snow...but why? As my friend Nick has so kindly reminded me the fed is closed, the banks are closed, and he is not at work so why in the world am I?!?

Um thank you I seem to work on nearly all bank holidays, despite my double dipping state...Illinois of course doesn't mind celebrating our wonderful President Abe Lincoln, so why not take off for Lincoln's Birthday on the 12th and follow that up by Presidents day which celebrates both his birth and George Washington's (Feb. 22nd) on the 16th! Hello Illinois, send the kids to school! Ooh, do you think we'll start celebrating Barack's birthday this year too? He is after all from Chicago...another day off work, here we come!!!

I promise to get more sleep - and no I'm not always this cynical - or am I?
